If you are receiving this email itmeans you have attended in the past or have shown an interest. Every yearsomeone drops and someone wants in. This year we have had several ask toparticipate and so this could result in a bigger tournament than our gym willhold. As of now we are planning on a 4th mat in the cafeteria to accommodate.As we all know there is a shortage of officials. I have asked for an additionalofficial and am waiting to hear.

Our tournament flyer is loaded herefor your bookkeeper.

We would appreciate checks from yourteam the day of the tournament but we do realize that getting an accurateamount can be difficult to determine in short notice. We will work with you.

In years past we added extrawrestlers to fill brackets. We hope to do this again, but with more teamsentered the number of extras could be limited.

Essentially any team with 10-14wrestlers is a full team. $225.00.

1-9 wrestlers @ $15.00 per.

Full team plus is $225.00 plus$15.00 per.

Girls are just $15.00 per.

Please relay this information toyour parents.

Per Cheatham County Schools Systemguidelines: No outside food permitted into the gym unless brought in throughthe team entrance.

No open container or open foodpermitted into the building.

Clear bags only for spectators. Anyother type of bag will be turned away.

MOW upper and lower weights for boys

Upon entry into the back lobby therewill be two tables set up like an L. Parents and spectators will move to theright and teams will be moved to the left. We prefer to have teams enter withtheir coaches at the same time but realize this may not be feasible. Anystudent attempting entry after the team enters will be held until verificationby your staff.

We are offering four wrist bands perteam. Any additional wrist bands can be purchased for $5.00.

These wrist bands are for coachesonly to enjoy our hospitality room. Students wearing wrist bands will be turnedaway.

We will have full concessions forspectators and wrestlers.
