• WCS Fundraiser Request Form - WCS PTOs and each of their sub-groups and committees must complete the WCS Fundraiser Request Form for each activity that generates income, even if that income does not result in profit.
  • You MUST complete all boxes that are in yellow, or the system will not accept your submission.
  • When you get to the summary page, all the tabs ie. Accounting, etc. must be black. If any are red, it means you have not completed information that is mandatory. Simple click on the tab and find the yellow box that is not highlighted. Once all the tabs are black, click submit.
  • You must upload any contracts, mockups of product you want to sell, and any other information that would be pertinent to the persons approving your fundraiser. Be as detailed as possible about what you want to use the proceeds for, as well.
  • Once you submit your fundraiser for approval, it will electronically move from the school's Bookkeeper (Amy Whelan at RHS), to the Principal, then to the appropriate supervisors at the county level for approval.
  • Once it is approved, you will get an email letting you know it's approved. You should also get a copy of the approved form that you may want to print and retain
  • DO NOT START YOUR FUNDRAISER UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED APPROVAL.
  • PLEASE ALLOW TWO WEEKS FOR THE APPROVAL PROCESS. If someone is out of the office or misses your fundraiser in their email for a day or so, it will delay the approval process so allowing two weeks so probably wise.
  • If you haven't heard anything after a week, you may contact Amy Whelan and she will see where your fundraiser is in the process.

• 2022-23 WCS Fundraiser Request Form - WCS no longer uses this form to approve fundraisers. However, TEAM Leads may use this form to submit details about their proposed fundraiser to the TEAMs Chair for approval.

Students

• RHS Parking Permit Application 2023-2024 - To apply for a parking pass you must complete this online RHS Parking Permit Application and then your child may bring their driver's license and $15 payment (or receipt of online payment) to Student Services. Please note that you and your child must complete the one hour Checkpoints Program (contact the school to register) before applying for a parking permit.
