Fundraising

WCS PTOs and each of their sub-groups, boosters and committees must complete the WCS Fundraiser Request Form for each activity that generates income, even if that income does not result in profit.

• Provide any contracts, mockups of products you intend to sell, and any other information that would be pertinent to the person(s) approving your fundraiser who will then submit it via GiveBacks.com on your behalf. Be as detailed as possible. Include the % profit earned and how the proceeds will be used.  
  • For athletic boosters - please provide this information to your board 
  • For PTO committees - please provide this information to the Vice President
  • For TEAMs - please provide this information to the TEAM Chair
• Once the request is submitted through the GiveBack.com portal,  it will electronically move from the school's Bookkeeper (Amy Whelan at RHS), to the Principal, then to the appropriate supervisors at the county level for approval.
• Once it is approved, you will get an email letting you know it's approved. 
• DO NOT START YOUR FUNDRAISER UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED APPROVAL.
• PLEASE ALLOW TWO WEEKS FOR THE APPROVAL PROCESS. 
• If you haven't heard anything after a week, you may contact the person who submitted the request on your behalf to see where your fundraiser request is in the approval process.

Student Parking Permits

• 2025-2026 Parking Permit coming soon. 

In order to park at RHS, a student must complete the following steps:

• Complete the WCS required one hour Checkpoints Program (only needs to be done once)
• Complete the online RHS Parking Permit Application
• Bring your student's driver's license and $15 payment (or receipt of online payment) and completed application to Student Services
