Bylaws of the Ravenwood High School Parent Teacher Organization (approved 2/13/2024)

Proposed Amendments

As stated in Article VIII of the Bylaws:

To amend these Bylaws, a member of the Executive Board may make a motion to approve a proposed amendment to the Executive Board, provided that notice of the proposed amendment shall have been given at least ten (10) days before the Executive Board vote. Upon Executive Board approval, the proposed amendment must be ratified at any General Membership meeting of the Organization by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the members present, provided that notice of the proposed amendment shall have been given at least ten (10) days before the General Membership vote.
