PTO Membership & Invest In Your Raptor

Every family at Ravenwood who contributes to the Invest In Your Raptor (IIYR) fundraising campaign becomes a member of our PTO – there are no separate dues to pay. IIYR is the RHS PTO's annual check writing campaign and the PTO's primary fundraiser for the school year. Funds raised via IIYR are used to bridge the gap between what the county provides and what the RHS community needs to maintain an environment where academic excellence is paramount and athletic and artistic achievements are celebrated.

RHS families are asked to contribute to the IIYR campaign annually. In lieu of selling products, this straight donation campaign means that 100% of your donation is spent at RHS. Donating to the IIYR campaign is your opportunity to financially support the good work of Ravenwood's administration, faculty, students, and volunteers.

How to Join/Donate

Our campaign goal for 2023-2024 is $60,000. We respectfully request a donation of $100 per family, though we greatly appreciate a donation of any amount that fits your family's budget.

Benefits of PTO Membership/IIYC Donation

Benefits of PTO membership/IIYR donation include:

• Access to the online RHS family directory. Directory access is available exclusively to PTO members. The directory may be accessed via the PTO website or the free Membership Toolkit app (available on the App Store and on Google Play).
• Your donation is 100% tax-deductible. The RHS PTO is a 501(c)(3) organization and all donations are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. Please consult a tax advisor regarding specific questions about your deductions.
• Access to PTO meetings & minutes. PTO members are welcome to attend monthly PTO meetings. If you are not able to attend meetings, you may catch up on all the work the PTO is doing by reading the meeting minutes available exclusively to PTO members on the PTO website. PTO members are also eligible to vote on motions brought by PTO Board members, including the election of officers each spring.
