8220 Moores Lane
MapleLawn is a historic home on the tour that was built in the 1800’s. This home is located at 8220 Moore's Lane and sits on 5 acres across from Nashville Golf Club. The interior decor depicts Italianate and Neo Classical features, has eight fireplaces, imported chandeliers, and other interesting historical features. Kylan Bodin-Knoll who owns Maple Lawn has stayed period-centered in her holiday decorating. Although areas of the home have been modernized, many original aspects of the home’s features from architecture to style have been left intact. Visitors will be in for a breathtaking tour as each room delights.
1591 Cross Pointe Drive
The greatest compliment one can receive from a houseguest is to hear them say, “I feel at home in your home.” We love our family and our friends. The house was designed to “welcome them home.” While many retired couples are downsizing we opted to grow. Our family has more than doubled in size. We have 6 grandchildren and 5 are under the age of three. The time we spend together is focused on making treasured memories. Our home has 6 bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms. The kitchen is warm and bright. Too many cooks in the kitchen does not spoil the broth but makes for holiday fun! The finished lower level provides ping pong, pool table and a great place to watch college football. Go Buckeyes! In the summer we enjoy the covered porch and splashing in the pool. The pool house offers refuge from the hot sun where one can grab a cool drink and a crunchy snack. The house sits on 6 acres with access to the bike path and hiking in Smith Park. The sunsets are spectacular from our location. The deer, turkeys, hawks, and other “critters” roam free in the backyard. Christmas is a beautiful season for family and friends to reminisce and make new memories. Welcome to our home!
1769 Forsyth Park Drive
Located in the Montclaire subdivision at 1769 Forsyth Park Drive, this newly renovated home will have eleven differently themed Christmas trees on display. This beautiful and elegantly decorated 6,200 square foot home was built in 2003 and the Wilkinson family bought it in 2016 and immediately began remodeling to make it easy for them to entertain friends and family. They completely renovated the first floor by removing walls to create an amazing chef’s kitchen, complete with a butler’s pantry and commercial refrigerators. The home will have Christmas decorations on all three floors as well as by the pool, outside kitchen, fire pit and patio area. A few of the themes for the trees are a Titans tree, a Ravenwood High School tree, a whimsical tree, Arctic Ice, buffalo plaid and a vintage themed tree. You will not want to miss this immaculately decorated home!
1848 Longmoore Lane

You won’t want to miss this backyard oasis that also boasts a brand-new pool complete with a spa, grotto, and tanning ledge.
